- daycare or activities program referral

LifeStream is abreast of the multitude of choices available to seniors who either need or desire placement in a day care or activity program. We will match the client to a program in their community that will best suit their desires, needs and interests.
- nighttime care programs
Often our clients are unable to sleep through the night and the care giver is not able to rest. LifeStream is in contact with activity programs that will pick up and take care of the client throughout the night, enabling the care giver to obtain the required rest to take care of the client during the day time hours.
- meal delivery
LifeStream is able to coordinate all aspects of meal delivery to ensure the client is well fed with a nutritional diet. If desired, our staff nutritionist can arrange a meal plan that will incorporate all the necessary vitamins and minerals required for a balance and healthy diet. LifeStream can arrange either for a private restaurant to supply meals or connect the client to the "meals on wheels" program in the community.
- transportation
Whether transportation is needed to visit family, a friend, a physician or to go to an activity, LifeStream can arrange all modes of transport either through a private company or register the client with the local community's senior transit system.
- bill paying
LifeStream can assist the client in overseeing their bills. We will make sure that all bills are paid in order, in a timely fashion and in the correct amount. Often our clients become confused about their finances and this service becomes invaluable.
- assistance to church or synagogue
LifeStream will assist the client in attending the religious service of their choice. Whether companionship or transportation is needed, LifeStream will make all arrangements in order for the client to continue to practice their religious affiliation.
